kalahari biltong is perfect for duck soup!

Because it's both locally made and an International specialty item! It is without doubt the best biltong we have tasted and it is made right here in Massachusetts. We don't really know when Duck Soup "adopted" South Africa. What we do know is that one of our best selling wines is De Wetshof's Limestone Hill- an un-oaked chardonnay with a distinctive and very pleasant taste -  and that we can barely keep Sparletta, Anchovite and Mrs. Ball's Chutney in stock!
